1. Overview

• Custom-built electronic gadgets
• New and certified pre-owned device sales

All services are subject to availability and technical evaluation.

3. Repairs & Diagnostic Fees

• Diagnostic Fee: A non-refundable diagnostic fee applies to all devices submitted for evaluation. If you proceed with the repair, this fee will be discounted from the total labor cost.
• Declined Repairs: If repair services are denied, the diagnostic fee remains non-refundable.
• Repair Authorization: By submitting your device for service, you authorize Thomas’s Gadgets to perform diagnostics and any agreed-upon repairs.
• Ownership Clause: Until full payment is received, the repaired item is considered the property of Thomas’s Gadgets. Devices left unpaid or unclaimed for over 30 days may be subject to recycling or resale.
• Data Responsibility: Customers are responsible for backing up all data. We are not liable for any data loss during the repair process.

4. Product Sales & Warranty

• Product Condition: New and certified pre-owned items are sold “as-is” unless otherwise stated.
• Warranty Terms: All services and products are sold as-is and are final. No additional warranties are implied unless explicitly stated in writing at the time of purchase or repair.

Custom Builds: Custom-built devices may include specific warranty terms detailed at the time of order.

5. Payments & Pricing

• Prices are listed in $ Dollars and include applicable taxes unless noted otherwise.
• We accept major credit/debit cards and approved digital payment platforms.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed quotes will be honored.
• Payment is required in full at the time-of-service completion or product pickup.

 6. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purposes
• Tamper with or disrupt our website or service systems
• Provide false information during bookings or purchases

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and media on our website and within our materials are owned by Thomas’s Gadgets and may not be reproduced or reused without written permission.

9. Termination of Service
